All our policies applies to all purchases on the website, facebook, twitter, offline orders, in person, on whatsapp, even from the employees of the "Gautam Crystals". Here - I, We, Us, "Gautam Crystals", company and seller or even any other word that has same meaning of the selling party is referring to "Gautam Crystals" and you, customer or buyer, vistor or any word that is used for the customer refers to the customer.

*Items will be shipped within 3 days once the full payment is received
*Prices can be changed any time without any prior notice
*We advice all our customers to please consult a medical adviser before making any purchase
*Any technical delay in receiving the order will not be our responsibility
*All items are inspected and checked for quality follow our return policy for the same
*Any technical error or loss of connection resulting due to payment gateway on this/their site or customers bank website is not covered by 'Gautam Crystals'. Thus any claim regarding the same would not be entertained

* Detergents and lotions can damage the finishing and colour of the stones / crystals.
* So don't dip your stones / crystals in water. Jewellery should always be removed before swimming and washing dishes.
* It can be kept in jewellery case or stored in a plastic or soft cloth bag to protect.
* Clean fashion jewellery with a soft 80% cotton.

Safety Tips:
1.Crystal colour and shine can fade in too much water, direct sunlight, chemicals, detergents, lotions etc.
2.Clean, sturdy, and organized way of storing your crystals is recommended, to avoid breakage
3.Crystals should be cleaned physically with a cotton cloth, and cleansed energetically, every week/month or as per requirement.
4.Sage, reiki or moonlight can be used to energetically clease your crystal product.
5.It is recommended to wear/use the crystal only a few hours each day, to allow it to recharge.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at mrgautam@outlook.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● In case you are dissatisfied with your purchase, claim within 48 hours to get a replacement product. We don't make refunds but rather change your product with a new product.
