TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SESSION

Applicable to All Online/Offline Sessions. If the payment is received for Astrology it shall be deemed that you have gone through the terms and Conditions.

Session Booking, Slot Allocation & Refunds

Payment & Slot Confirmation – A session slot is confirmed only after payment is made and after the client has shared complete details (GST, name, city, pin code, phone number, etc.).
Reserved Slot Policy – Once a session is booked, the slot is reserved exclusively for you. Sessions may start slightly late (5–10 minutes buffer), but the overall session duration remains fixed.
Fixed Duration – Standard consultation is 30 minutes. Time will not be extended unless additional payment is made.
Misunderstanding Clause – Any misunderstanding about timing, duration, or method of the session must be raised and resolved politely.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct – If rudeness, hostility, harassment, bullying, or dominating behavior is shown (through message, call, or any communication), the session may be terminated immediately without refund.
Refund Timeline Rule – Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued. The session will be conducted within a maximum of 7 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Requests Post-Misconduct – If a client demands a refund after showing rudeness, hostility, harassment, or bullying, no refund will be provided.
Legal Protection – Any threats, abusive conduct, or violations of law will lead to appropriate legal action under applicable provisions

Refunds in General

No Refunds Once Session Starts – Even if the session lasts 2 minutes, it is deemed a full consultation. The agreed duration is a maximum limit, not a guaranteed minimum.
Early Completion – If the session ends early because your questions were fully answered or guidance was sufficient, this does not entitle you to a refund. Proportionate refunds are not allowed.
Early Calling by Clients – If you call before your scheduled slot or finish early, there is no refund or adjustment.
No Outcome-Based Refunds – Astrology is guidance, not a guarantee. If desired outcomes do not manifest, no refunds will be provided.

Proper readings are conducted with full research, sincerity, and effort. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from the session or from any remedies suggested. Despite our hard work and divine process, results may vary and are not assured.
Respectful Conduct Required
Clients must maintain a respectful attitude throughout the session. Disrespect towards the Acharya, questioning the experience, or criticizing the methodology during the session is strictly not allowed. If you have chosen to book the session, it is expected you trust the process.
No Interruptions During Predictions
Please avoid interrupting while predictions are being made. This can disturb the flow of divine guidance, which is subtle and intuitive. Unnecessary interruptions may negatively affect the quality of the reading.
No Comparisons or Arguments
Do not bring up predictions by other astrologers or argue about different methods. Each astrologer works through their own channel and process. Discussions about other astrology systems or practitioners are not entertained during the session.
Maintain a Positive Mindset
A peaceful and positive attitude leads to a more insightful and effective session. This process is based on mutual respect and understanding. Let us create a high-vibration space together for divine insights to flow.
Session Timing and Delay Clause
All sessions are scheduled one after the other, and sometimes may start 5–10 minutes late. Kindly do not let minor delays affect your mindset. We request you to keep a 10-minute buffer beyond the scheduled time to accommodate any shift in timing and avoid frustration or rush.

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with any booking, payment, consultation, or product purchase shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kapurthala, Punjab, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
The place of service and supply shall always be deemed to be Kapurthala, Punjab, irrespective of the client’s location.
By making a payment for our products or booking a consultation, the client is deemed to have accepted and agreed to this arbitration requirement and jurisdiction clause.
In the event arbitration does not lead to settlement, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kapurthala, Punjab, India.
